Cheapest 'decent' hydraulic braked bike??

Cheapest 'decent' hydraulic braked bike??
I've found the Saracen Raw Pro at what seams like a good price (£379) - has anyone got any experience of this particular bike? What I really want is the cheapest 'decent' mountain bike (hard-tail or not) with Hydraulic disc brakes. How much will I have to pay for such luxuries??

I just want to clear up something a "cheap" bike is exactly that cheap. Usually associated with wally world or worse. Inexpensive is a superior term.
