Stan's Rims
 

Hey,
I was wondering, is Stan rims UST? or you must use his sealant for his rims?

Yes, you must use a sealant. The plus is that you don't have to use the rim strips. I've only ridden mine a few times but so far I am very happy with them.

oh so its not really like a UST rim where you just place a UST tyre onto the rim without any sealant? Did I get this correct?

^ you need sealant. it's not ust. its BST.



Yep.....sealant and yellow tape only for me and they have been working like a charm so far all year. I am running them on a 29er (which is supposed to be tre' risque') and I couldn't be happier so far.
