Newbie, Tassajara, Sizing
Title basically sums it up. I'm a roadie looking to get dirty. Have been looking on CL forever and finally came up with this.
I'm 6'2 190lbs with a 33.5" inseam. Is this bike too small or just right with a ~4" stand over (according to GFs site)? Read tons of reviews and they all look pretty good. He's asking $400 but I think he'll take $350 given the fact it's a 100 mile round trip for pick up.
Thoughts?

I am selling my Tassajara. I bought it new when I lived in Colorado and since moving to the DFW area, I haven't really been on it. I do more road biking here. This bike has less than 80 miles total on it and all on that has been on pavement. The bike has never been wrecked, dropped or abused in any way.
If you want a medium sized hard tail bike at a great price, this is it.
I am 5'9 with 33 inseam and the bike fit me fine.

I think it would work for you. It dosnt need to be prefect on a MTB. And your only going to ride around, not race where then a proper fiting would be needed.

In My opinion, I rode an 18" Trek 4300 before I got my Rincon...and it was OK, but I much enjoy the bigger frame over the smaller one. But this is just personal preference.
