Yep. My dad got a Raleigh Mojave 8.0 today. He is gonna come riding tommorow afternoon and probably this afternoon. Im gonna let him lead so I can go at his pace and not leave him. Who knows though. He might be an undiscovered champion and leave me Oh well.

I will deffinently get on that right away. Its always funny watching someone new to MTB first ride. I took my friend today for the first time. I let him set the pace. I ended up smacking my frontal area right into the stem after hitting a root from going so slow following him. Everyone has to learn though.

i have been trying to get my dad to get a bike, well a better one, and go riding with me some. i know he doesnt want to go to extreme, but some easy trails would be awsome. so we could do something other than shooting bow's together.

Dads have no buisness on bikes. They should stick with the rocking chairs.

I know what a punk kid can do, I've got four of them. Not one of them can keep up with the old man though. They might get me on the hills (barely), but I get em in distance and overall speed.

My dad (step-dad, but has pretty much been my dad since I was 8 or 9) is the reason I'm mountain biking

I still ride with him frequently and he always kicks my butt. Someday I'll be a better rider... someday...

Very cool. My dad won't go out. Occassionally, he'll go around the paved trail near his house around a pond. I can't get him beyond that though.
