recommend me a cassette

i have a set of sun rhynolite rims with shimano xt 9 speed hubs, i need a 7 speed cassette, i see nashbar has there model for like 15 bucks, but are nashbar parts quality enough, i don't need anything crazy, its a just a y frame that i trail ride ocassionally, thanks guys

It should be serviceable enough for the price. Nashbar stands behind their stuff so I wouldn't think you could get hurt too bad for 15 bucks.
