Do you run your Panaracer Fire XC Pro's directionally? How?

So the tire has something like this on it:

<Front Rear>

Does that mean that the arrow should always point to the front of the bike based upon which wheel you are mounting it on?

So, like this:

O^O Front of bike ->

Rear> Front>

No freaking idea.

if the tire is in the rear you have the rear> facing the front (the way the wheel will rotate)

Yeah, exactly. The arrow indicates the intended direction of rotation. So, yeah, if you rotate it so that the arrow is at the top of the tire the appropriate arrow should point to the front of the bike.

I've always ran mine with both tires oriented the front style. It's all the traction I need around here.

Well, I guess I'm going to find out how the rear tire works when mounted backwards tonight. Major pita because I just got it mounted tubeless with Stan's.

I read some reviews about people ignoring the directional mounting, so it probably won't be so bad. Supposed to be a little faster too.

Thx
