Stick Pedal

I just bought some used clipless pedals. One of the pedals is a little "sticky" meaning it doesn't want to turn easily. Any suggestions?? Anyone have a favorite grease to put on?

disassemble, clean, add grease. use the same type of grease used on other parts of bike.

white lithium grease works very nicely.
