Little Leo

In a month or two, but I need to figure out what to get. My bike is stock and has been trashed around a lot. It’s a solid bike so not upgrading anyhing extreme, or expensive. I am getting a new chain for sure but I think i can sneek something a bit bigger in there too.

I would really like to get some different wheels. I believe my hubs are shot; they do not roll very smoothly. Pobaly a tad heavy too.

So any suggestions on new wheels, that don’t cost more then my bike? Or anything that my need uping?
