Hello, I'm new here.

Yeah, I just bought a Gary Fisher Fat Possum X0. Is it a good bike? I did the parts selection all by myself.

Ok, just kidding about the text and title. I'm not new here, I've ridden a Fat Possum before, and most of the parts came off of the DMR.

What are you talking about? Possum tastes nothing like fish.

Mr. Smashy, very nice bike. Congrats.

I thought Possum was only found Down Under and Opossums were indiginous to North America?

Haha I love the NC jokes. Its not at country as you think. I ran over a possum the other day though, not the bike. It was pretty nasty.

It's the correct color and it has a rear shock - - what more can you want?

Very Bullit-esque; hope you enjoy it.

I've read about the swingarm being a bit flexy...can you verify this? (MBAction grabbed the seat and rear wheel and flexed it enough to make contact with the seat tube)

This was the very first Fisher Filet though...I wondered if it has changed.

Sure looks purdy.

With my first proper ride with it, I didn't notice any flex in the rear swing arm.
