RIMS are THRASHED! need GOOD dj ONES!

Hey, as i've already stated alot, I recently bought a KHS Alite 500..........and i happened to thrashed the rims.
I've been doing some jumps(alot), and i noticed earlier today after fixing my pinch flat(hehe...) and placing the the tire back on the bike - that the rear rim had a vertical hop when i spun it, and i can feel it all the time when i'm sittin' on the saddle. Could anyone recommend some rims for dirt jumping/ mountain stuff? And would the Sun Rims 'ditchwitch's work? My budget is.....umm, not to much?

Please inform and recommend me before more damage unfolds!

well first of all, what is the budget, and do you want a wheelset, or just rims?

your wheels may just need a good true and dish... that will help take care of side to side and up and down wobble

If you want some good strong light(ish) wheels. Take a look at Sun SOS or Mavic 321. I've had good luck with both wheel sets. Light but can take a beating. If you don't mind weight then Sun S-Types are cheap and strong.

Yes you can get a complete wheelset for Sun SOSs'. I run 2.3" tires on mine and there fine. You can also run a 2.5" if you really wanted to.

Yeah thanks, I'll probably go with the 2.3's, are they good for dirt jumping?

The wheelset? Yeah there pretty good unless your a complete hack. But if your smooth then they are perfectly fine.

Would the (2.35") Maxxis High Rollers be a good match for the Sun SOS rims?

I really don't know how much they cost as they were stock on my Enduro but the High Rollers should be a pretty nice match for them.
