Norco Bushpilot--need advice
I have been riding a used Mariah mtb for the last 12 years. I found a 2007 Norco Bushpilot in a pawn shop for $360.
I am a recreational rider with some off road adventures.
Is this a good deal and will the bike suit my needs?
Thanks

Great deal, this bike's suggested retail is $555 CAD, $475 USD. this will definitly suit your needs, and eventually you might take this off road even more, which it can handle. it probably weighs in around 32lbs, which is a nice weight for getting around town, and climbing.

ya, under some of the sizes, i guess they just weigh one in a size around the middle. 32lbs is on there, so give or take a few for different sizes

Thanks norco rider77, I have done tons of reading in this forum and in the mechanics forum. I realize some of the components are low to mid level but I don't want to spend money for components that I may never realize the value of. My current bike is still getting me around very well, as old as it is, I just felt like an update.
Who knows, maybe this change will create a new drive in me to increase my cycling adventures.
Thanks again.

have fun! and i remember this quote i heard once. something about you should buy a really nice bike to start, because then you know if you like the sport, and what it can offer.
