shin armor?

Ive gotten into doing drops lately, and im looking for some shin/knee armor. there's always that odd time when i slip off my pedals, and they just dig right in my shin. so i was wondering, what is good, affordable shin/knee armor i could purchase? it would be great if i could keep it under 100$ CAD. im heading up to whsitler soon, and ive heard from friends that "Summit" offer really cheap shin armor. can anyone reccomend some good, affordable brands? thanks

If your on a budget checkout the soccer shin guards.

I've found they're lighter and more flexible than a lot of the cycling armor.
