Hit a horseshoe pole...
So on some Oktoberfest party there was fireworks in the backyard and I usually ride up the hill... Anyway, to the point, I was riding back down the hill, knowing there is a 1/2" thick pole sticking out of the ground, and I didn't think I would hit it, and I did, I went flying over the handlebars, it didn't hurt for some reason though. Anyway, at first I though the wheel hit it, but it was the bottom of the fork, should I get it checked out or what? I know the fork is crappy as it is, but I don't want it to fall apart when I'm riding down a hill.
To be totally honest, I don't exactly know where it hit, those rust marks might be part of it.

You were riding toward it...you didn't think you'd hit it...but you didn't steer around it...
JK
Judging by the looks of the molecular make up of the dropouts that are pictured in your 900megapixel picture...I'd say ride it. It looks okay.

I'd periodically check between the 14th and 25th striations in the left-side scuff, though, for stress-risers

No it was soft grass.... It was also pitch black except for the neighbors lights and a bon fire on the other side. I don't even see the damn thing in day light, thats how invisible it is.
Also, thats a 3 MB picture that I cropped in macro mode, and I can't even see rust thats shown when looking at the wheel normally, odd.

I see plenty of rust in that pic. Maybe adjust your monitor.
To me, it only looks like a chip, not a break. Check it from time to time to see if cracks develop and buy a new one if they do.
