I have an 2006 Enduro which is pretty much the same frame (and very similar fork now). The SX will be a bit heavier and shorter than the enduro but the rest will be pretty much the same. I find that there is very little pedal bob so it really isn't a bad climber at all...sure its no XC race rig on the uphills but it climbs fairly well. Decends really well and jumps well also.

Gastro has an SX which i believe is an 05 (could be the wrong year), you can drop him a PM or wait till he looks in on this thread.

PS if you do PM Gastro...careful...he bites.

Don't PM me.

As long as you're not much over 6', the SX (not to be confused with the longer travel SX Trail) is generally considered a fun all around bike, I say go for it.
