How many wear body armor?

I think it is a good idea especially if you get a little crazy on the trail.

I do wear kneepads every now and then but thats about it. Alot of it depends on the trail I'm on.

You just posted this exact same thing on MTBR.com.

I wear shinpads because my Wellgo plats hate me, and gloves just because I find them more comfortable, but that's it.

i wear gloves and a helmet, saving up for Mace urban shin guards, urban cuz if im wearing shorts i dont look like a complete idiot, but im gonna try to wear jeans more next summer when i get them
