I went to the skate park and local dirt jumps today, my derailleur is mis-shifting now after casing a double.... yeah, i learned to drop into the half-pipe, a couple weeks ago, and now i can drop into the bowl to. when i mean 'drop in' i mean go straight in, not the weird turning thing, i need to work on that.

overall, it was great - and i can't wait to go single speed! also how does 38t crank and 18t cog sound for a combo? i guess i'll have to find out!

i will go biking tomorrow to...unless it rains alot again

I kind of went biking today: I took my bike to the LBS, because it needs new bearings in the rear triangle. I wont get it back 'till Monday.

I havent ridden my own bike for the last 4 days....
I was 6 1/2 hours from home and couldnt bring mine.

I rode my cousins 12 inch beastie while we stayed with them. Yes.....12 inch. The seat came up to my knees. I wanted to bring the damn thing home. And yes, i got air on it.

Going for a DH ride tomorrow. Its gonna rip.

I rode my bike too. But nobody else around here did. I've been riding through desert trails and over volcanic buttes in my neighborhood for the past few months and have never seen another cyclist. I've seen dirt biker's. But I seem to be the last cyclist on earth. I've been a road biker for years and have rarely saw anyone else on a road bike either. There're only about 7000 people in my town. But on holiday weekends thousands of atvers and motor bikers show up, but I've never seen a another cross country cyclist.

I rode, too. Did 14.5 miles thru roots and rock gardens. I took a downhill rock garden faster than I ever have before just because I thought it'd be fun. It was. I survived. All on a stiff hardtail.
