Am I crazy? Part II!!
What would be so bad about a pair of these?

I guess I don't really see the point of dropping more than double that price being that I usually don't ride hard enough to blow a wheel apart. Anyone have these?
Wow.. I'm making a lot of threads recently

The Weinmann 519 is a single-wall rim that came on a lot of base-model mountain bikes. It will sooner than later succumb to the rigors of mountain biking.

Unfortunately I would not spend any $$ on the current Weinmann rims. When they were made in Belgium, they were awesome. Now they are junk. For that price range $33.00 you are hard pressed to get decent rims. The Salsa rims are $43 and the Velocity rims are $53. They should last a long time.
