    Large saddles...who else uses one?

There are many of us with a tender ass and need the larger saddle....I ma one of them......Who else here uses one and what is your make? mine is made by Bell with huge hard rubber springs underneith. Of course I did meet one idiot last week that liked the way the saddle felt but said it was too ugly for him....since when are looks on a bike more important than the way it feels? Hell I would have had a Huffy years ago if that was the case. Some of those Huffy's look cool.

Big saddles hurt to much and don't work for riding. I prefer a sleeker saddle than the one you are talking about

Yeah, bench seats don't work. Get used to the smaller saddles. It takes a while, but your sit bones get used to it.

Those thinner saddles just give you a wider range of motion.

Depends on how much weight you're putting on it, too.

Of course, if everyone liked the same thing, there'd only be one saddle available.

Hey, whatever feels comfortable is a valid decision. There's one inexpensive and very comfy saddle called the Velo Plush.

And BTW, ignore the know-it-all pontifical jerks that usually post on this forums negative comments.
