Looking at a HARO V4 a guy has for sale locally. He's taking offers and won't sell for at least another couple of weeks until he gets his asking price. He's acting like this is the coolest bike in the world and won't budge on his price. Just wondering what's so special about this bike that he has to act like that. He sent me an E-mail with all kinds of links about his bike and what it costs new ($650) to justify why he's not budging.

PASS, especially for a used rig from someone like that.

His not budging has nothing to do with the bike, but rather his tightwaddedness.

I would buy it for 350 at most
