Disc or V-Brake???

Hey...I haven't been 'round these parts in a couple months. Just wanted to say wassup to the regulars that I used to harass. (y'all know who you are )

I also got a little bike loot this year...my wife bought me a pair of Candy's and 661 Peak's from Jenson I think. Luvin' them so far!!

Anyway...be safe and have a Happy New Years!!

Ed.........when your rockin the Hanna Montana Tassles, on that EA-70, you don't need pedals!
But seriously with your riding style, I would reccomend air brakes!

Oh yeah, forgot...I also got NWD8 from my wifey.

I don't even know what to call some of that freakin' stuff anymore. That little Lacondeguy guy is my hero!! Freakin double backflips are kinda cool, but the ruler of all tricks on that vid (IMO) is a tailwhip t some sorta corkscrew 360 thing. It's almost like a 360 McTwist with a tailwhip thrown in to make sure that he rules the roost.

I'm not huge on DJ'ing, but I love to watch those brothers.

The theatrics kinda gets annoying now and then, but if you remember (if you were there back in the day) the video "The Search for Animal Chin"...it's kinda fun to let these guys take it back a notch and have more fun with the video. I like seeing Cedric get picked on. He's fast and prob. a fun guy to party with, but he's kind of a horse's tooter now and then.

Thanks for stopping by Ed.

Lacondeguy's part is cool, but I swear if I see another backflip I'm gonna freak out and kill someone.

Barel's part is by far the best in NWD8 IMO.

I'm getting ready to watch it again. +1,000,000 on the backflip thing. I also like Lenosky's bit. I love a good urban session.

Welcome back, Ed! Nice action shot above

Glad to see I'm not the only one maxed out on backflips and 360s. Here was my review a month or two ago from our local premiere of NWD8; see if you agree:

I'm enamored with 3's as long as they're stylie - I could watch Brian Foster throw one handed tabled 3's all day. Oh, and I thought the NWD8 soundtrack sucked completely. But other than that, I concur.

"This is how I rock...this is how I rock...this is how I, this is how I, this is how I rock" ???

Music and lyric's by Puddle of Puke.

As a guitar player for "off-and-on" 19 years...it seems just about any idiot can sell a CD these days.

So what's the corkscrewey 360-flip thingy called?

I think one of my all time fav's was actually on Kranked6...that Voreis segment where he did a trail ladder wall ride to 360'-out. Not my favorite DVD, but one of my favorite tricks.
