Choosing a bike
which bike is the better of the two in terms of specs, because i don’t now which one to buy.

As far as component quality they are both in the same ballpark. The Scott frame description gives you a better idea of its quality but it's pretty much a toss-up. At this price level the frames are probably not much different overall. Scott does make nice bikes where as Dawes are a little more generic (just a little tho). Test riding them both would be the best way to decide but if you can't do that pick the one that looks the best to you. Personally I think the Scott looks the coolest of the two.

i would definitley go with the scott. since theyre both spec'd pretty even i would pick the scott because of how it looks and the name
