2003 SPECIALIZED ENDURO EXPERT $1000, Did I Get a Good Deal?

Just bought a 2003 Specialized Enduro Expert for $1000. It came with a new FOX Talas fork, Fox FLOAT RL rear shock, Magura brakes, XTR rear derailleur, XT front derailleur, XT crank (that stuff may come default save the new fork). The following Race Face Diabolus items were definitely after market additions...seat post, head set, stem and handle bars. I guess since I now own the bike it's mox nix but since the folks who sold it to me insisted that it was such a great deal I would like the opinions of some folks that know better and can be objective.

Also, I am also curious about weight. What is light and what is heavy? The bike described above is 32lbs...is that light?

Thank You

Its not light, but it sounds about right for the build. You did indeed do well in my books, depending on condition.

Now hurry up with some pics!

Why do people always ask after they've made the purchase?

2003 model for $1000 doesn't sound good to me, just ride it though and don't worry about it.
