just wanna know how to measure the size of your bike and form that whats the biggest amount of travel you can have for it

Some are sized by the distance from the top of the seat tube to the center of the bottom bracket, others are just sized by wheelbase, short and long. what frame do you have?

i have a ironhorse frame its a ironhorse warrior pro from 2006

A really quick search reveals the '06 Warrior Pro came equipped with a 130mm fork. Going with slightly more or less travel shouldn't be an issue. Others will define slightly for you.

yeah i know but mine is a hardtail and i need a good fork for hardtail

Like the rest of the Warrior dual suspension series bikes the 2006 Warrior Pro has a single pivot 5" travel frame design with a strategically placed piv...
