Impressed with bicyclewheelwarehouse.com so far

Got to say so far I am impressed. Just bought a set of Mavic 117s with XT hubs and within 2 hours they called me up "My email was acting weird, just wanted to let you know we built a wheel for a different customer that has DT spokes and nipples instead of the generic ones, is that okay?"

Shipped them out the day I ordered them too.

Customer Service:

I can't wait to get the wheels so I can comment on them too, but so far they won me over as a long term customer.

I take it they only do complete wheels? I'm looking for a flip-flop hub, but it appears they sell no individual parts. Correct?

Looks like it. Also looks like they have a lot less road wheels and mountain wheels are where its at (tons of sub $200 sets unlike some other places...*cough*LBS*cough*)

Let me know how that works out for you. I almost ordered that same wheelset for my new Felt build. $65 more for the 717 -- stronger rim, double butted black spokes...
