SRAM/Avid/Rock Shox/Truvativ maybe? If they'd be a bit more proactive with with improving things/service with Manitou now that they have aquired them, that would go a looooong way towards improving things.

^^ It'll come - - give 'em time. I'm sure they have some (Answer Prod.) internal corporate culture to overcome. Hayes is a HUGE organization and they have some really top-notch people in their bicycling division.
