What's a good cheap 20-21" frame?

I'm not going to be doing any hard trail riding, just bombing around town and campus.

I bought a leader xc type frame and I can't fault it. Everything is great except for the paint which you can litterally scratch off with your fingernails. Its my beater so I am working on covering it with stickers.

Everything I've just read indicated that leader makes VERY durable and good frames for cheap, and that the paint on them sucks ass.

I might go with one.. lol

I have a 21" Specialized Hardrock chromoly frame of late '90s vintage in the basement that I'd sell you for $25 plus the actual cost of shipping it. It has 4 or five little rust blisters up through the paint in the top tube (spent too much time in a bike rack in Bellingham, WA) but the rest of the paint is pretty good.

PM me if you are interested.
