Waterproof the bottom of your mountain bike shoes
Has anyone found an effective way to waterproof the bottom of their mountain bike shoes?
- water coming in from the clips area. Thanks Mike |
Shimano has a water proof seal in theirs.
Try maybe adding an adhesive rubber flap under the sole insert. or apply something like a silicon sealant between the clean and bottom of shoe, and around the bolts and all that. Thats all I can think of off the top of my head. |

The shims that come with Crank Brothers pedals do an excellent waterproofing job.
