best XC front shock under $300

I need to replace the front shock on an old stumpjumper. My budget is around $300. Jensonusa has what looks like a nice deal on a marzocchi XC 700. I ride mostly trails with an emphasis on cardio training. Looking for something that will last and take the edge off moderate bumps. Any other deals out there? Any experience with that fork? I'm a novice when it comes to components. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Reba looks like it is disc brake only. I should have stated I need V brake compatible. Thanks

I have two front suspension shocks from two MTBs onto which I have installed rigids and have no plans to go back. A 2003 Rock Shox Judy which came on my Giant Rainier, and a Suntour SR XC60, 75mm which came on my Raleigh M50DX. The Judy needs a rebuild, but there's a guy here in town who does that and charges only something like $50. The Suntour SR XC60, 75mm was never used and has been sitting in my garage for three years, but seems to work fine when I compress it. Both I believe will support V-brakes.

PM me if interested. runswimcycle has first dibbs. I'll pay it forward with the Judy (just pay shipping) so I'm not breaking rules by selling in a non-selling area of the site.

The pictures on SRAM's site only show disc-compatible Rebas, but they make both. I have a 2007 Reba Race, and I'm using it with V-brakes. Looks like the price has gone up since 2007... you might have trouble finding one under $300, but it's a really good fork.
