I don't get it. My road bike has road tires. Why would my mountain bike need them?

Then why would you put road tires on your mountain bike?
The tires I use when I ride to the post office to get my mail, etc work wonderfully for that, and save me from eating the tread off of my nice knobby low pressure USB tires.. they also roll a lot faster with less resistance. troll somewhere else. |
I have Specialized Fat boys on my steel hard rock.
For times to rid eon the bike path with the gf, when I don't feel like wasting tread on my FSR-XC and yes, riding my Cervelo SLC at 15km/hr with the girl is over kill. |
Ah, looks like you've got that one set up for commuting, gastro.
