stairs

anybody have any tips for riding up stairs?

1) learn to true your own wheels
2) carry your momentum into the stairset
3) pop your front wheel up
1.5) get in an easy gear
4) find that sweet balance point where you weight is forward but you aren't losing traction on the rear wheel
5) commit and spin as smoothly as possible

Practice on shallower stairs to start off with, mainly just get in an easy gear and have fun trying until you figure it out. If it's just 5 or 6 it shouldn't be a problem, when you get to 10+ is when it starts getting trickier.

How many stairs?...short distance like 5 or 6 standard stairs you can use momentum and body movement, anymore than that and you want to use streetlight's suggestion.
