Any Idea what my Ritchey's worth?
I have an early 90's Ritchey Ascent Comp with XT components that I have had and not been riding. I know there are people that like the stuff, and I had a great time riding back in the day, but now I am strictly a road bike guy. Here are some pics, I will probably put it in the sell forum and on craigslist. Any guesses would be appreciated. I mostly used it for single track up in Kettle Moraine, WI. I bought it off a friend who upgraded to a super Comp.

Try posting this in the Classic and Vintage section for better responses. They are up on older bikes there.

I would do a search on Ebay for old Ritchey's to see what people are paying for them.

This one's not as desirable as the 1980s fillet brazed models.
Value depends on condition and how original the build is. If in good or better condition with all original parts, $500-700. If not, half that or a little better. Best place to advertise it is probably the MTBR classifieds board. |
