What is with "Vocal Mime", does anyone know who he is or anything? People like this is what hurts the forums name. Hes like the want-a-be bully who wants to take his miserable life out on others...pathetic. People like you have always amazed me, I question is being a ****** a chosen path in life or possibly genetic and you never had a choice. Haha good case study of nature vs. nurture. I wish you the best buddy and hope you find another forum, and possibly a heart.

Vocal mime has been around a loooong time in various incarnations, basicly he trolls for someone to pick on. Why? guess it makes him feel good. He does take a nice video and photo but other than that he doesn't contribute much to the boards. I usually put trolls on my ignore list, thats what works best.

He really does take a nice pic, heres the link. http://www.petefagerlin.com/

Without trolls, this Think Tank would get boring fast.

Some of those same people start whining "troll" when people disagree with their opinions and point out the silliness of often dearly held beliefs.

It's best for the fragile folks who find themselves whining about people with differing opinions to protect themselves from those differing opinions by ignoring those opinions. While this is a simple solution, it's rare for the fragile folks to actually be able to do that.

Rather, they carry on whining about "trolls" in a very helpless manner.

Take away the name-calling, put-downs, belittling, and disrespect, I personally have no problem whatsoever with someone pointing out others' misinformation/misconception or silly beliefs. I just think that it is better in the long run to do so in a respectful manner. I know that some will not agree with this, and those folks are relegated to the description "does not play well with others".

For anyone that doesn't know... Pete is a spoiled NorCal brat that never grew out of having things bought for him and claiming them as his own.

It happens... just ignore him and it will anger him more than anything else.

Do you know the guy and know that about him? I mean, know more than internet chit-chat, rumors, or cyberbabble?

Not intending to put you down or accuse you of anything. I would just add, that to be name-calling at Pete you are in effect stooping to his level. Just my two cents.

Thanks Jim

I ordered the same bike, Windsor 4900 from BikesDirect.com (BD) I was trying to decide between the Moto HT700 and Windsor 4900. Then I seached the web and found the forums where people were slamming BDand got worried. I was a little spooked that BD doesn't publish their phone number on the web and don't know why, but I know they are brokers and .....whatever. The price is great and I made the choice. I looked at the components of the Windsor and decided that it looked too good to be true. Although its an off-brand, I figured the same as you; even if the frame snapped, I could replace the frame and still be way ahead by throwing the components on a brand-name frame. Like you, I will not spend $3000 on a bike and my old zero-suspension Motiv bike cost $239 and I have road it for 11 good years and worked great for the amount and time I spend on trails. I do jumps and speed down rough trails so I can appreciate a good buy and a reliable bike. There are a lot like us. I can afford a new BMW but my modifed Civic does the job. Anyway I, and people like me, appreciate your input and luck with mail order. I am not racing anytime soon but I do a lot of sports and when I take my bike out I like to charge it and have a good horse to ride.

I am waiting for the shipment in a few days. Thrilled to hear your experience. out.

Well stock definitely not, but if it's modded, yeah there's essentially no difference.

I cannot afford a new BMW.

I think I'll just get a couple of body kits for my Smart Car - - that'd be pretty much/close to/almost there to the real thing, right?

BMW Canada is apparently giving big, big incentives on the M3s.

If only it came as station wagon. (I still wouldn't likely get it. My monthly payments are ridiculously low right now and they would go up substantially with the acquisition of an M3).
