Are we counting the Santa Cruz Chameleon? Seems like a decent AMish hardtail.

The Canfield Yelli Screamy could qualify. It would be cool it there was a 26" version.

The Carbon 456 blends years of experience into an unshakeably surefooted, highly responsive carbon frame with massive tyre clearance for top performance in all conditions. It's nice and stiff with just the right amount of compliance, absolutely bomb proof and has the infallable 456 geometry which we all love so much...

The Frame:

New international standards in frame stiffness and strength mean our new Carbon 456 frame had to be subjected to rigorous CEN testing. This involved the frame getting mechanically pushed and pulled horizontally, vertically and through the pedals, plus a variety of impact tests. The Carbon 456 sailed through all the tests.

As a do it all trail centre / all mountain hardtail frame the Carbon 456 is very hard to beat...most importantly it feels like you could drop boulders on it and it wouldn't break.

Specification:

Weight 1500g (3.3 lbs)
4, 5, or 6" travel (160mm max fork geometry)
Mix Taper Headtube = Large Bottom bearing = Less head set flex
Swap-outs for a do everything frame (Replacement hanger and Singlespeed upgrade)
73mm bottom bracket shell for standard BB's
Huge mud clearance for super-wide 2.4"+ tyres
Takes a tapered 1 1/8" - 1 1/2" headset (to fit forks with a tapered steerer tube) or a reducer headset (steps the lower 1 1/2 bearings down to 1 1/8 for use with standard forks). Compatible with On-One Smoothie Mixer headset.

I think it's okay if you do it, but if shiggy did it...it would be against policy.

6" travel and about a 67 degree HT angle. Of course it's a Jamis (and a hardtail) and therefore does not get the Dminor Stamp of Approval.

OOPS I just noticed this is a non-drive side picture too. The roadies would rip me to shreds.

AM hardtail = All-mountain bike with no rear-suspension
AMish hardtail = An all-black bike with no rear-suspension that is intended to be ridden on farms. It also has the ability to bunnyhop over piles of horse poop. Most also have bashguards because showing up to church with a pant leg that got ripped up by your chain is frowned upon.
