There's supposed to be a MTB trail there. Has anyone ridden it? Is it worth a visit?
Thanks for any info.

The location is 4242 R. Dean Coleman Rd., Burlington, NC. I'm doing a road ride this weekend so I doubt I'll be able to get out there for a couple of weeks. If anyone goes there, please let everyone else know what it's like.

I live in Burlington. I just got a mountain bike, but my road friend who rides mountain bikes as well said this: Cedar Rock Park has a short trail, about 2 miles or so. He said he rides another trail (horse paths or trails or something) instead.

There are other better places to ride in the area I've been told. But I haven't even taken my mountain bike to a trail yet. So I'm giving you advice on advice given to me.

Call J&L Bicycle in Burlington and ask for J.T. Sharpe...he can help you out trail wise in the Triad.

Try trianglemtb.com if you haven't yet. There's a good interactive map on there with most of the good local trails.

Good idea, I tried before I posted here but I couldn't find Cedarock on their site. If it's only a two mile trail, I'm not surprised. But thanks to everyone who posted.
