Would this bike fit me?

I'm a 5'11 guy. Here's the measurements sent to me regarding a used Gary Fisher Tassajara I'm thinking of getting:

The bike is 25" from top of seat to middle of the crank. The bar from the crank to the top is 14 1/2. Middle bar is 21 1/2....bar below that is 24"and also a 23" rim.

Do you think the bike would fit me?

Okay try again. Yeah yeah, it's a road bike but the names are the same.

Also, most measurements are taken center to center, or center to top. In other words, the Seat tube length would be measured from the center of the Bottom Bracket (the spindle the cranks rotate on) to the top of the tube. The actual Top Tube would be measured from the center of the seat tube opening to the center of the head tube.

that's the only piece of useful information you provided.. I'm assuming this is the actual top tube which slopes.. so I would guess ~a 23 inch effectve top tube ... I'm 5'10 and like a 23" top tube so going by my guestimate I'd say it'd fit.. probably a medium frame ... maybe a large ... you could ride either one.

edit ....you can't post a road bike in this forum Sui ... FAIL
