so does it have 2 cut outs 2 for housing and 1 for a cable? cause it looks like it would mess with that exposed cable its sitting on

No...just 1 cutout. It's not sitting on the exposed cable. I'm gonna run full length housing as soon as I get my hands on a dremel. For now, I got them both running through the same slot. When I go full length, I'll do something different.

Way high on the cheese factor, IMO.

Nearly as bad as having a bunch of matching anodized stuff on your bike, even.

Cheesy accoutrements are okay as long as you know they're cheesy. My crew has been known to roll with huge wheel reflectors and various and sundry squeaky toys dangling from our bikes. I agree with what scrub is hinting at though, that such items are better found, scavenged, or stolen. Although there is some utility to be found in the cable skull thing, so it's kind of a gray area...
