    Can i...?

i have a set of mavic XM 321 rims. currently i have kenda nev 2.35" tires sitting on these rims. can i downsize to a 2.1" tire without having any compatibility issues? or am i stuck with ~2.35" tires with these rims?

    thanks!

Sure. I've run anything from 1.5" slicks to 2.7" DH tires on all sorts of Mavic XC rims without ever an issue.
