Which size bike to get

I am trying to figure out which size bike would be the best fit for me. I am 6ft 1in tall. Does anyone know how to determine which MTB would be the correct size for me? Or maybe someone out there is the same height as me and already knows the correct size.

Thanks for any input,

LLR

Your height is not a lot to go on, but Approximately 20" is my guess. Ride a LOT before you buy.

There really is no "across the board" correct size, Every manufacturer's geometry is slightly different.
An 18.5 might be pefect in one brand, but anothers 19.5 would seem big. Test ride at your local shops until you find a good fit.

Start by reading this http://sheldonbrown.com/frame-sizing.html, and you should gain some appreciation for the difficulty of recommending a bike size for another person on a discussion board. You gotta try 'em and see what fits.
