If he's able to do the 12 MOH course including The Kelvinator, then he may also enjoy Tom Steed in all of its rocky goodness, I swear I used to ride that place all the time, if you had a 5mph average your booking it!

Bringing this back from the dead.

If you want some decent mountain biking try Turkey Mountain in Tulsa. Over 20 miles of trails ranging from intermediate to 'screw this I'm walking.' Definitely a fun place to ride if you're stuck in Oklahoma. I'm a student at Oklahoma State and usually ride at Lake McMurtry just outside of town. Couple of gnarly rock gardens and drop-offs, just watch out for cows and rattlesnakes
