Blackbotton cyclewear opinions

Has anyone used Blackbottom cyclewear. If so, what is your opinion on the quality? Why I ask, is I purchased a set of gloves from a LBS. The gloves lasted nearly 1 mile into the ride before a seam ripped. I am wondering if I received a bad pair of gloves or if this is the quality of the company? I will work on getting them replaced from the LBS.

get them replaced - I have used their shorts and cold weather gear for a while with no problem.

The LBS is exchanging the gloves and Blackbottom Cyclewear is sending me a jersey for the inconvenience. So far, everything is well!
