Dang. I thought you said intense microbrews. That might be Tumbleweed IPA - - voted Montana's hoppiest.

can't imagine those would work well in anything other than urban, dirt jump or smooooooooothe trail/bike park use.

Not to hijack the thread, but....
That is a good one. Not as "hoppy" as I thought it was gonna be, but a very very good IPA to say the least. But then again, are their many bad IPAs?
Back on topic. A guy at the LBS rode them on his jump bike. He said he liked them, but had a lot of pinch flats when running a lower pressure, like 45psi f/r. He went back to k-rads, same PSI, no more punch flats. IDK...
He rode them in the dirt though, not much urban riding

^^ I might actually like it then. My son is the 'hop-head' of the family - - he's starting to educate me about the finer points of IPAs and such. I really like the Chuckanut Organic IPA (local Bellingham micro), I guess because it wasn't as hoppy as I'd been puckered up to expect.

^^Thats a good one too, only had it once. They are very similar. Or try a Dog Fish Head IPA 60min. the 90 and the 120 are a bit strong, but the 60 is hoppy, but nice and mellow. Or a Flying Dog IPA or ESB if you can get it out there. Its a Fredrick MD brew, but I think they started to distribute nationally. The ESB my be a little much for your tastes, but its a good one to get you started in the more hoppy stuff. Kinda like a Red Hook ESB, but a little lighter.

I've tried a few IPAs Boulevard Single and Double Wide, I can't really get in to it. I would like to try Dogfish Head 90min because I have heard good things about it.
Edit. I think those tires look cool but I don't think I would run them

The 90 is a good chill out beer, has a nice bitter.
Boulevard Single is nice, but all I've had is kinda skunky
On the original post, I just ordered a pair, 30 each at pricepoint. I'll give a good review after I ride them a little. Gonna try them at the pump track when I get them.
Even more way off topic, Negro Modelo is awesome too. One of my favorites. Sorry chelboed, but beer is well... beer, and therefore a must to reply to.
