XTR Mechanical - need pads - Avid?

I cant find any pads for my Fuel. it has XTR mechanical brakes from 2005 and they say avid on them so Im stumped.

Its a Fuel 110 2005 model. All stock.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

No such thing as XTR mechanical disc brakes AFAIK, and Avid certainly didn't make anything for Shimano. You sure you don't just have XTR levers with Avid mechanical disc brakes? I think that bike came with XTR V's stock. Still need to know if they're BBDB/BB7 vs BB5 Avids to point you at which pads to use...

Due to the relative rarity of hydraulic rim brakes mechanicals usually refers to disc brakes.

Good mechanicals usually refers to avid BB7s.

But anyways, avid v brake pads suck. Get Kool stops. Black if you only ride in the dry, otherwise I like the dual compound.

You have XTR mechanical brakes that say Avid?

Is that like having a Ford truck that says Chevy on it?

Would you like to borrow a clue from me?
