1. Mountain Bike Action claims to cover all aspects, but I'd say about 75% is now Freeride focused. However, I rate MBA about 5th on my list of fav mags. There are some FR specific, but we don't get circulation down here and I don't have any subscriptions, so I'm interested in suggestions as well.
2. Baggies? Nema's ANY of them! I like the Stones, and the Jewels and of course the Crown Jewels.
3. I use platform pedals and VANS!
4. The regular suspects are all getting more and more FR specific gear. www.jensonusa.com www.pricepoint.com www.wheelworld.com www.supergo.com www.adrenalinebikes.com www.cambriabike.com are the ones I frequent.

Magazine for freeride...easy money...Decline. Nothing better except for euro mags.

Now one better than www.unrealcycles.com. Ben kicks ass.
