Solution Series was made for women.

*Scott Solution Series Geometry
The Scott Solution series geometry features a shorter top tube and a lower standover height making the bike smaller with a shorter reach to the handlebars. Originally developed as a specialist product to suit women, it has been so popular with women and men that Scott now makes Solution geometry bikes in sizes up to 22".

Take the seriel number and contact scotts customer service and ask em what it is. http://scottusa.com/us_en/support
