The forum appears to have flipped the photo... I can't 'unflip' it on my phone, happy neck craning!

Looks brilliant.I picked one of those frames up off ebay a few months ago. Going to start building it up with a donor bike in the new year.
How does it ride?

Rides like a beauty. My first full susser, the brain system may not work for some, but I love it. Feels solid and confident around the trails and is just like my old hardtail Stumpjumper on the climbs. Perfect for racing XC (and I'm using it for other events, but that's my main focus).

Hi all,
New to the forum so I will start with two of my mountain bikes and one of my wifes bikes. S Works Enduro that I just finished. Stumpjumper Carbon Expert. Wifes bike is the Saphire Expert. The stack height and bars were changed on hers after this pic was taken. That's why it looks strange in the pic. 50MM stem and carbon bar is now on the bike.

Just picked up this 2012 Santa Cruz HighBall over the weekend. It's going to be my first time trying out this 29er fad... I'm pretty stoked on it, picked up pedals at lunch so hopefully can take it out after work!

haha . . . it was an adequate light-DH bike in its day. My son bought it new and flogged it thoroughly but it was not up to the rigors, really; so he swapped all the parts to a SC Bullit frame. A few years later I gave the frame new life as my trail bike.

Still an adequate trail bike, even by today's standards.

Love it!! If followed the link in this post and watched a short 6 minute segment of Klunkers, a movie I've wanted to see for some time, and I have to ask....is that Matthew Modine at 50 seconds into the video? Don't know if his age jives with that possibly being him but it sure looks and sounds like him, except for the hair color.

Matthew Modine the actor? It kind of looks like him but I don't think so... that guy is hilarious in the video though, whoever he is.

"Klunking is muddy in the winter... and dusty in the summer" ~Stoned guy. haha
