Trek Fuel 80

This girl in my neighborhood has seen me riding around and today flagged me down and asked if I could repair her bike. Well, I walk around to the side of her house and I see a 2003 Trek Fuel 80, upgraded with a RockShox Duke Race fork, Deore LX RD and FD, and Panaracer tires. She bought it from a friend, and only uses it to ride around. I offered to take it off her hands and sell her my Trek 4900 and about a $100 bucks.

Good deal? Bad deal? I'd like some input. I don't regret this trade at all, but I'd like to hear some opinions on this newly acquired rig
