hip pain?

do any of you ever have hip pain on one side? if so, have you been able to ease it.

I have once and it was becuse my seat was slightly too high.

My guess is you are "rocking" on the saddle and need to lower the seat a bit.

I recently had some on the right side after I put a new seat on my road bike. It's kind of a deep pain that I feel most if I move my leg out to the side when siting. I never had it before so I'm experimenting with seat height too. I wasn't as extended as on my other bike so I raised the seat a little and that lessened it on the next ride.
