'09 marzocchi 66 rcv compression
well first of all hello
a friend of mine got a new full suspension bike and it came with the above mentioned fork.the problem is that the compression doesn't seem to do anything at all (well if the rebound is at the full slow setting it can be barely noticeable - if the compression is turned at the full slow setting). the fork is new (2 days) and hasn't been properly broke in so can that be an issue?
also there is a little bit of oil around the red compression knob but I guess it's not a big deal since the fork is brand new (it hasn't leak or anything)

Hmmmmmm, Gastro would be the guy to give all the tech details on this one....However,my son has one on his bike and everything works just like it should.I know that his has never leaked any oil around the knobs so you may have an issue there.
