Sidi shoe sizing

Is the Sidi shoe sizing chart pretty close on? I wear a 44 Specialized and was wondering if Sidi's run the same size. Thanks

I've always thought that Sidi's felt a tad small. I have 46 Sidi Dominators, 46 S-Works road shoes, and 46 BG Pro MTB shoes. Before I got the S-Works shoes I had Sidi Genius 5's. The Sidi's feel a bit tight in the toe box by comparison. Not uncomfortably so, but definitely less room. I think length is good though.
