Can't go wrong with either Avids or Shimanos, although Shimanos use mineral oil, and not DOT brake fluid, so a leak on Shimano brakes are less toxic.

I'm very happy with mine. If anyone knows, did they last make them for 08 but still produce them? I got some new, and I know new, as the LBS had to order them for me. I can't find 09s though.
